Common questions
- Leads can see my funnel but can't book a call.
- Bookings need Zoom. Go to Calendar → Availability and check that the Zoom box says Connected. If it asks you to reconnect, follow the Zoom troubleshooting steps.
- A booking doesn't have a Zoom link yet.
- It's still being created, usually within a minute. If it stays missing, select Retry meeting updates under Calendar → Availability.
- My leads aren't getting confirmation or reminder emails.
- Emails go out from your own email account, so connect Gmail or another provider under Calendar → Availability → Booking emails. See the Gmail guide.
- Leads are booking times when I'm busy.
- Connect Google Calendar and choose which calendars count as busy. See the Google Calendar guide. Outlook and Apple Calendar commitments have to be added as time off by hand.
- A lead asked me to delete their details.
- Open Leads in your dashboard and select the trash icon next to their name. That deletes the lead and their answers.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email passbyappsupport@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We delete the workspace and everything in it within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what's deleted.
